Program Book Advertising

Reach Jubilee attendees with your message by advertising in our program book. Ads for square-dance related products and services, ads for other businesses, and personal ads (e.g., greetings, congratulations) are all welcome.

Program Book Details

Our Jubilee program book will be produced for distribution to festival attendees. At this time we estimate that we will distribute between 400 and 500 of these books.

The program book will be 7 inches high by 4 1/4 inches wide. Advertising in the program book is available as follows:

• Full Page (6 1/4 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide): $65
• Two-thirds Page (4 1/8 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide): $45
• One-third Page (2 inches high by 3 1/2 inches wide): $25 (business card size)

If possible, please provide us with digital or camera-ready artwork. Otherwise we will produce your advertisement -- but please remember, we are square dancers, not graphic designers.

Camera-ready ad copy and payment must be received no later than 15 September 2008. Advertisement requests received after this date cannot be accepted, and your payment will be returned to you.

If you would like us to design your advertisement, ad content and payment must be received no later than 1 September 2008.
