FOOD AT JUBILEE??? Yes! Join us Saturday evening for a SPAGHETTI FEAST. The menu will be: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce Meatballs Green Salad Garlic Bread Lemonade Coffee Chocolate or Lemon Cake This dinner will be held in the Pavilion building, near the vendor area, at 5pm. The cost will be $15 per person, $8 for kids under 12. Tickets will be available at the registration desk starting Friday evening. For lunch and snacks, the CONCESSION STAND adjacent to the Plus Hall will offer a variety of popular items for sale. The stand will be open Friday evening 6-10pm, and on Saturday and Sunday approximately 9am-7pm. Additional breakfast items will be on the menu until 11am on Saturday and Sunday, so you can come straight to the fairgrounds in the morning and eat before dancing -- very convenient too if you are going to be staying in an RV. And Saturday night after the last regular dance sessions, come to the ICE CREAM AFTERPARTY, sponsored this year by Bows and Beaus. For those who just can't get enough square dancing, there will be "golden oldies singing calls" based on songs from the 1950s and 1960s. *** DETAILS, DETAILS *** With the 50th Jubilee now only one week away, here are some other details you'll want to know about... * Hotel deadline extended If you are coming from out of town and don't know yet where you will be staying during Jubilee, good news! The deadline for reserving a room at the Hampton Inn (right across the street) at the special festival rate has been extended. However, this year we will be using GATE B as the entrance for both automobiles and RVs. Gate B is along Tully Road, to the left of the main entrance arch and the administration building. Just drive in at Gate B and follow the signs to the designated parking areas. * Last-minute online pre-registrations Please note that although the deadline for pre-registration by mail has passed, you can still order ribbons online at the pre-registration prices. Ribbons ordered online this week will be held for you at the registration desk.
